What if an employee doesn't want a portrait?

What if an employee doesn’t want a portrait?

Then they don’t get one. If someone has a reason not to have their portrait taken, it isn’t my place to push.

Who decides?

You do, with your employee. It’s a conversation between your company and that person, and I’ll follow whatever you work out.

What do I need to tell you?

Just a short note to the office beforehand, so I know not to take that person’s photo. That’s all it takes.

How do you keep track of who’s who?

I take a quick snapshot at sign-in so I can match each photo to the right name. It’s only a practical step, so I never lose the face that goes with a person.

Where to go next

How an office portrait session runs, how to prepare and what to wear.

What should I send you?

Roughly how many people, which office, and two or three dates that work for you.
