Why does the team page matter?
People look at it before they call you. It’s how they decide whether to trust you.
If the photos match and they’re current, it says you’re paying attention. If they’re a mix of vacation crops and a ten-year-old portrait, that says something too.
Why do mismatched photos hurt?
It’s a bit like walking into a friend’s house. You notice how it’s kept, even if you don’t say anything.
When you walk into a business, you want things clean and in order. A team page is the front door to the office, and people notice the mess the same way.
One day or several?
One day if you can get most people in the office. Everyone gets the same light and the same background, and it reads as one team. Portraits for the whole office walks through how that day runs.
I look for a spot with your office’s own character, often the lobby or a big window, so it looks like your place and not a studio.
How do we add new hires?
Write down where we shot and how, so the next round matches. A short session a couple of times a year keeps the page current without starting over.
What about remote staff?
Catch them when they’re in for a meeting or an offsite. If that’s not possible, tell me and we’ll work out how to keep them close to the rest.
What corporate portraits cost and what to wear cover the rest. More is on portraits for teams.
