How fast do event photos come back?

The full gallery generally comes back in one to two weeks, depending on the event and how much there is to go through. If you need photos while the event is still going or by the next morning, tell me before the day. Same-day highlights are something I do when a host asks.

What same-day means

I shoot most events on Fujifilm with a film simulation on and JPEGs saving, so a finished-looking first edit is available right away. Highlights can go out the same day, or straight to your team while the program runs. If your social lead needs a photo at lunch, that’s fine.

The part to plan is who needs what, and when. A social post at lunch, a thank-you to sponsors that evening and the full set next week are three different jobs, and they’re easy to do when I know about them up front.

What changes the timing

What you get

A private gallery at full resolution, with the photos you can use right away already in it. If you’re planning for sponsors or speakers, tell me who they are and what they were promised so we’re aligned before the day.

Where I work

I’m based in Northern Virginia and most of my work is around DC, so inside the DC metro there’s no travel line on your budget.

What to send me

The date, the venue, who needs photos first, and when. Here’s what a full day looks like.
