Annual meeting & association photographer, Washington DC

Associations

An association needs a lot of pictures in a year. The annual meeting, a day on the Hill, an awards night, a new board. I've been photographing conferences and galas for national organizations for about a decade now.

One photographer, all year

Most associations hire for one event at a time. It works better as a relationship. You know what you're going to get, your staff knows how I work, and the pictures from spring match the ones from fall.

The annual meeting

The one time a year your people are all in the same room. Your leadership on stage, the hallway between sessions, and portraits while everyone's there. The annual meeting guide walks through it.

Hill Day

A lot of DC summits end with a day on the Hill, and I've photographed many of them. The kickoff, the walk over, the group at the steps. More in the Hill Day guide, and one of them is on Recent Work.

Awards and galas

The honorees, the room and the sponsors who paid for it. Galas has more.

Member portraits

Board, staff and members, set up near registration so people can step out between sessions. About thirty people an hour. Portraits for teams shows how that runs.

The big program

Running a multi-day program with breakouts and a sponsor floor? That's Conferences.

What it costs

What it costs is on one page.
