Events
Up the I-270 corridor it's science: biotech companies, federal labs and the contractors around them. The events are research symposiums, investor days and lab openings. Silver Spring is more of a downtown, with nonprofits, media and arts groups and the galas and conferences that come with them.
Labs and campuses
Science events come with rules. Some rooms are off limits, some screens can't be photographed, and badges come first. Tell me what's sensitive before the day and I'll work around it.
Bethesda
Bethesda has its own page: downtown meetings, member dinners and small rooms.
Team portraits
On a company campus I set up portraits for your team in the lobby or the brightest corner, one setup for everyone, so the whole team matches.

Do you charge travel in Montgomery County?
No. Montgomery is inside the DC metro, on the Maryland side.
Can you photograph inside a lab?
Usually, yes, with an escort and whatever gear your safety rules ask for. I follow your rules and stay out of the way.
